Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-27.

By using Trucking TMS (the "System"), the customer company (the "Customer") agrees to the following terms. If a separate written agreement has been signed, that agreement prevails.

1. The service

The System is a dispatch, accounting and reporting dashboard for Amazon Relay and other freight work: collecting loads from Telegram, reconciling payments, settlements, pay and P&L calculations, driver and truck owner cabinets, and Telegram bot notifications.

2. Pilot and payment

3. Customer obligations

4. Responsibility for calculations

The System performs calculations automatically based on the terms entered by the Customer (percentages, deductions, rates) and the available data.

Settlement, pay and payment decisions are approved by the Customer; checking the figures before final payment is the Customer's responsibility.

Data read automatically from Telegram or images (OCR) may contain errors — the System flags such loads.

5. Availability

We strive to keep the System running without interruption and make daily backups, but outages may occur due to maintenance or third-party services (Telegram, Amazon, the hosting provider). Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

6. Intellectual property

The System software belongs to us. The Customer's data belongs to the Customer and is exported in full upon request.

7. Termination

The Customer may stop using the System at any time. We may suspend an account, with prior notice, in case of a serious breach of these terms or non-payment; the data is not deleted, only access is closed.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the date of the update is shown on this page, and the Customer is notified of significant changes in advance.
